Why the Online Cooking School is Your New Favorite Way to Thrive

Taking cooking classes in a foreign country can be such an exhilarating experience. Learning about the culture, adapting new flavors and expertise, and developing new skill sets can be invigorating experiences, especially when you can immerse yourself in the culture. We highly enjoy and value our time working with students in Julia Child’s storied kitchen in France.

We also know that our in-person Courageous Cooking School has limited space, and not everyone has the time, energy, or funds to participate when they want to – right now. If you have seen our show or are a part of our online community, you may be interested in learning our recipe-free way of life. Like, yesterday.

Well, guess what?

Now, you don’t have to wait to book one of our limited in-person slots to learn techniques that will reduce your stress levels and make you feel more in control in the kitchen.

The Courageous Cooking School is back… but now you can keep those comfy clothes on in an environment you love and develop your cooking skills in your own kitchen! (Or in any kitchen you have access to and approval to use.)

And until the end of May, you can do it for 14 days absolutely FREE.

Over the past five years, we have offered destination recipe-free cooking classes where over 400 people have gained the confidence to go rogue with ingredients. Now, we will be bringing the best creative kitchen skills and top instructors directly to YOU - online. We are so thrilled with the educational plan we have developed and the built-in membership perks that we are offering a 14-day FREE trial. We are absolutely positive that the community will embrace and thrill you, and the program will be unlike any other you have experienced.

Every week at the online Cooking School, there are 5-8 live classes where you will do more than just learn to cook a dish. You’ll be joining a growing community of culinary enthusiasts where you can connect with your classmates and instructors, and get dedicated attention with your work. From anywhere, you will learn to embrace a flexible and fun style of cooking with some of the most personable food talents in the game. Additional digital resources and class recordings will help you to feel comfortable and in-the-moment during your coursework. A growing amount of foundational content will help you hone your skills in the kitchen beyond the live class content. After all, we are with you throughout the process.

Learn about cooking with intuition, and allow yourself to choose the utensils you own and adore to prioritize in the kitchen. Reach into your cabinets and use all of your bowls and measuring spoons when approaching “mise en place”. Learn to adapt your cooking style to your kitchen, personality, and flow… not the other way around. Our program will open your eyes to the sensations involved when perfecting the flavor or texture in a simple dish, and introduce a variety of ways to play with herbs, produce, locally sourced delicacies, and so much more. (In fact, you may get to know your local farmer’s market a little more intimately, or find new ways to shop in the process!)

We’ve now taught over 3000 people the recipe-free method in various incarnations, including hosting over 400 people for our week-long Courageous Cooking School experience.
