The ‘As Seen on TV’ (more or less right? TV is funny that way) experience is now booking our last year of our ‘classic classes’ at La Peetch. Spring and Fall of 2025.

Our recipe-free masterclass is a deep-dive into how to ‘cook better’. We focus on mastering techniques, playing with flavor combinations, the magic of spices and herbs, and how to cook from the hip for a more seasonal approach to deliciousness.

Cook Camp is our new way of experiencing Courageous Cooking at La Peetch. It’s a little less formal, a slightly larger group, and will continue after the 2025 season.
